What's the process for getting started?
It all begins with a simple message. Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a free virtual consultation to talk through your goals, ideas, and needs. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a customized scope of work contract that can be adjusted to fit your budget and priorities. Once it’s signed, we get to work—fast.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, absolutely. Our first virtual call is always free and is all about exploring your ideas, offering some insights, and seeing if we’re the right match. Additional, consultations may be free as well if you still have more questions before getting started.
How do you price your project?
Most of our work is done at a flat rate, tailored to the size and complexity of your project. Hourly rates are available in special cases—particularly for smaller tasks or minor maintenance needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope. Simple websites can be completed quickly, while more complex builds (like membership sites or content-heavy platforms) typically take up to 3 months. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes—flexibility is key. Payment plans are available for every project, and we’re happy to work with your budget and cash flow needs.
Can I see examples of your work?
Due to the nature of the work we offer our clients in regards to their customized business strategy development and unique pricing models, these examples of our work can’t be shared openly. However, if you use our contact form, I will gladly share a private portfolio page link during our virtual chat.
What do I need to have ready before we begin?
As long as you’re ready to get started, we’ll guide you through the rest. Ideally, you’ll have a general idea of your goals, any must-have content or features, and access to assets like logos or brand materials—but if not, we can help with that too.
How do we stay in touch during the project?
We’re flexible with communication. Most clients prefer email or text, but we’re also happy to use tools like Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, Teams, or Zoom—whatever works best for you.
